**Requirements**
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above
- Experience: 2-4 years in administrative management
- Age: 25-45 years old
- Languages: Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Malay

**Key Responsibilities**

1. **Daily Operations Management**
- Oversee office environment maintenance (cleanliness, safety, space planning)
- Manage administrative budget and office supplies procurement
- Coordinate logistics services (vehicles, canteen, reception, etc.)

2. **Process Optimization**
- Develop and improve administrative rules and regulations
- Establish contingency plans for emergency situations

3. **Team Management**
- Lead the administrative team (reception, secretarial, logistics, etc.)
- Develop performance evaluation standards
- Organize professional skills training for team members

4. **Cross-Department Communication**
- Act as a communication bridge between departments, resolving resource allocation issues
- Plan and organize company events (annual gatherings, team building)
- Enhance employee welfare and sense of belonging

5. **Payroll Management**
- Handle payroll calculation and provide related HR administrative support

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
