**Assistant Finance and Admin Manager - Job Responsibilities**
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop, execute, and monitor operational strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements including automation enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards and implement quality control measures.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead and motivate a team, providing clear direction, feedback, and support to achieve individual and team goals.
**Role Specific**:
- Be the primary point of contact for other departments on financial and operational matters.
- Focus on day-to-day operations in the areas of accounting reconciliation, document filing, and financial transactions.
- Responsible for loan disbursement to ensure deliverables are achieved within the service standard.
- Peruse and review all legal, corporate, and finance documents carefully to ensure that all documents are accurate, completed, in order, and in compliance.
- Demonstrate a strong interest in accounting activities, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and month-end financial reports.
- Support the team with various projects and ad hoc tasks when required.
**Requirements**:
- Possess at least a Diploma or equivalent in Accountancy / Finance / Banking or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience is required - preferably specializing in Accounts Administration / Bookkeeping.
- Experience in contract financing, trade financing, invoice receivables financing, and factoring (Added advantage).
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, including Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive (Added advantage).
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia/Mandarin (Added advantage).
**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
