**KEY TASKS & ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Prepare and send monthly statement of accounts to customers
- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments
- Negotiate for settlement plan and propose for suspension of service
- Prepare ageing reports for management review
- Assist in monthly closing of accounts and preparation of financial reports
- Periodic monitoring of Expected Credit Loss
- Analyse and monitor costs and expenses
- Liaise with vendor/contractor for office maintenance
- Liaise with vendor/contractor for office stationery, machine and furniture
- Perform other admin related works
- Undertake any other jobs and duties may be assigned from time to time

**QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE**
- Bachelors’ Degree in Accounting /Finance or equivalent
- CGPA of 3.2 and above
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in Finance and Admin roles

**TECHNICAL SKILLS**
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Good command of English (both written and oral)
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous, independent, self-motivated and a pro-active team player

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
