Admin and Finance Officer
Job Purpose:
To manage and oversee the organization's financial operations, administrative systems, and office management to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Finance Duties
- Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and accounts.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual).
- Process invoices, payments and reimbursements.
- Monitor cash flow, banking operations and petty cash.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, audits, and statutory requirements.
- Liaise with external auditors, vendors and financial institutions.
Administrative Duties
- Oversee office operations, procurement and supply management.
- Manage contracts, service agreements, and vendor relationships.
- Handle staff recruitment processes, onboarding and HR records.
- Maintain office facilities, equipment and IT/administrative systems.
- Organize meetings, travel and logistics for staff.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are properly implemented.
- Support senior management in strategic and operational decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2 years in finance and administration roles
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication, problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of integrity.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
