**How will you make an impact in this role?**

Every one of our Customer Care Professionals represents the American Express Brand. At Global New Accounts, you will be playing a key role to support American Express business by processing and issuing American Express Consumer/SBS card fast and easy for our customers. You are expected to be a problem solver and enabler for our card members and our business. And the people you’ll work with, and the customers you’ll care for, value your passion and unique personality as much as we do.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Work with Consumer/SBS apps team in Tokyo to ensure all data captured is accurate and processed in timely manner.
- This role requires availability to work Monday to Friday morning shifts, including public holidays.

**Qualifications**:

- Great Team Player
- Strong written and verbal communication in Japanese
- Ability to work in a fast paced metric driven environment
- Proficient at multitasking and navigation in a Windows environment
- Possess a degree or above education level

**主な業務内容**
- 新規申込書のアメリカン・エキスプレスのデータベースへの入力
- 東京と連携を取り、申込の所定のプロセスを円滑に進める
- カード申込に係る審査業務のサポート

**条件及び求められる能力**
- 協調性がある
- 日本語：ネイティブまたは ビジネスレベル
- 業績向上を常に目指す環境で働きたい方
- 同時に複数のプロセスをこなせる方
- Windows経験者
- 大学学士レベル以上
