Looking for a highly curious thinker and doer who has a passion for brands, media, marketing, tech, culture and everything in between.
He/she will work under the direction of a planner or strategist to execute research asks and uncover insights to fuel the strategy process. He/she will have a passion for the creative advertising business coupled with an always-on sense of curiosity to stay abreast of the rapidly evolving consumer/cultural landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Develops and refines the skill sets foundational to the brand strategy discipline; data discovery, consumer research, cultural analysis, brand strategy, brief writing, development of creative work and the evaluation of its effectiveness
- Shows the ability to consistently execute the analysis, conception and execution of projects designed to deliver insights about the brand, consumer, category and media
- Serves as a source of data and analysis on brand and consumer perspectives to be crafted
- Develops collaborative relationships within the agency and partners
- Shows initiative and tenacity in tackling assignments
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in relevant field or related discipline
- Possess a minimum of 2 years experience in media strategy, communications strategy, or cross discipline marketing strategy.
- Familiar with insights and research tools and methodologies
- Strategic and critical thinking qualities
- Ability to build strong team relationships.
- Basic understanding of marketing concepts and brand strategy frameworks.
- Proficient in Microsoft 360 and other insights gathering tools.
