Admin Assistant- Yard

The Admin Assistant -Yard shall be responsible with the day-to-day operations of an office by doing tasks such as filing paperwork, answering phone calls, preparing documents for meetings, and managing the calendar of their supervisors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data entry and maintaining of data of Website System.
- To maintain the document registration and filing system.
- Assist Logistic Executive on paper work preparation.
- Petty cash handling for toll, parking and inspection.
- To maintain and control stock of selected machineries parts, office supplies, and stationery.
- Ensures that inventory records are updated in a timely manner and all transaction are accurately and completely captured
- Coordinate with HR Department regards to Attendance, leave and overtime requisition.
- Update inventory system for new assets, inventory in and out.
- Maintaining close working relationships on a proactive basis with each of the operating units within Mersing.
- Implementing procedures work instructions and other administrative systems for the efficient management of Mersing.
- All duties related to the Yard administration and stock control.
- Contributes to the deployment of staff, means and methods to realise the set objectives.
- Monitors progress and results of inspections as well as control and improvement of work to be executed.
Knowledge / Experience /Skill Required:
- Languages known: English Language
- Strong planning skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks through to completion
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
**SKILL**
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office and MS Project.
- Good interpersonal communication skill and willing to work in a team.
- Ability to accept and complete the designated tasks.
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
