**Responsibilities**:
- To coordinate to ground operations team on aircraft handling activities as customer request on daily basis.
- To ensure that related documents from customers are submitted prior to departure to CAAM and MAVCOM for flight permits approval.
- To advise airport operator on flight movement for bay allocation on daily basis.
- To coordinate with inflight caterer on customer’s catering request and revert to customer.
- To ensure crew and transport on standby at site before arrival of aircraft or pick up location for departure.
- To coordinate with third party supplier on ground handling and equipment at base and other station on short notice request and revert to customer on availability.
- To obtain and report to customer/operator on completed handling activities as requested.
- Ensuring compliance of MAVCOM, airport operator, CAAM and government agencies.
- To confirm with local tower on departure flight plan in CAAM system prior departure time.
- To adhere to any ad-hoc assignments given by the management.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma in Aviation Management.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (speaking and writing).
- Good communication and excellent people skills.
- Willing to work at Subang Airport.
**Salary**: From RM2,000.00 per month
