**Job Overview**:
Straat-X is seeking a proactive and organized Operations Coordinator to join our team within a Call Center environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic business process outsourcing (BPO) setting. The Operations Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations by supporting multiple functions and coordinating across various teams.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Operational Support**:
- Assist in managing day-to-day call center operations, including scheduling, communications, and general administration.
- Coordinate and oversee the execution of operational tasks, ensuring efficiency and timeliness within the BPO context.
- Provide support to senior management in executing business plans and initiatives, particularly in optimizing call center workflows.
**2. Process Management**:
- Help streamline and document workflows, optimizing operational processes for efficiency within the call center.
- Monitor and report on key operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Support the implementation of process changes and improvement initiatives across departments, especially in response to call center performance metrics.
**3. Team Coordination**:
- Act as a liaison between different teams, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration in the call center environment.
- Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings, training sessions, and team activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and clients as needed, especially in relation to call center operations.
**4. Project Assistance**:
- Support various business projects by helping with research, documentation, and coordination tasks within the call center.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Track project progress and report updates to senior management.
- Inventory & Resource Management:
- Help maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment.
- Ensure proper allocation and management of resources, especially within the call center.
- Assist in tracking and managing company assets.
**5. Qualifications**:
- Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Previous Team Leader (TL) experience in a call center environment is required.
**6. Preferred Skills**:
- Experience with project management software and tools.
- Basic knowledge of operational best practices in a call center setting.
- Previous experience in an administrative or operations role within a BPO company.
**Work Environment**:
The Operations Coordinator will work in a dynamic and collaborative call center environment. This role is ideal for someone with prior team leadership experience who is looking to gain further experience in operations management and contribute to the efficiency of our business processes within a BPO.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
