Overview:

The Operation Coordinator will report to Director of Operation to ensure smooth

execution of business operations, liaising between clients and internal teams to drive

project success.

Key Responsibilities:

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a primary liaison between clients and the internal team, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations.
  • Facilitate meetings, gather requirements, and provide updates to both external and internal stakeholders.
  • Address client concerns and provide solutions in collaboration with relevant teams.

Operations & Project Alignment

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Project Management, Technical, and Support) to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support the Operations Director in implementing and refining processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Reporting & Decision Support

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and analysis for the Operations Director to support decision-making.
  • Track key operational metrics and suggest improvements where necessary.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in operations, project management, or business strategy.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
  • Ability to work independently while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Experience in liaising between business and technical teams.
  • Problem-solving mindset with an ability to handle dynamic challenges.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4, RM6,000.00 per month
