Job Summary

Support the Area Manager by handling inquiries and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations. Responsible for preparing monthly KPI reports, managing outlet staff hostels, and analyzing sales data to support business decisions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-disciplined, and proficient in Microsoft Office, with retail experience and knowledge of standard SOPs as a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle and respond to inquiries from the Area Manager.
  • Coordinate closely with departments such as Distribution Centre, Merchandising, and HR to facilitate operations.
  • Prepare monthly KPI reports including staff turnover, manpower planning, and expense claims.
  • Manage the outlet staff hostel and ensure proper maintenance and operations.
  • Analyze sales reports to provide actionable insights.

Job Requirements:

  • Able to work independently with strong self-discipline.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience in retail operations is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of standard retail SOPs.
  • Basic skills in data analysis.

Job Type: Full-time
