Operation Coordinator

**Overview**:
The Operation Coordinator will report to Director of Operation to ensure smooth
execution of business operations, liaising between clients and internal teams to drive
project success.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client & Stakeholder Management**
- Act as a primary liaison between clients and the internal team, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations.
- Facilitate meetings, gather requirements, and provide updates to both external and internal stakeholders.
- Address client concerns and provide solutions in collaboration with relevant teams.
**Operations & Project Alignment**
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Project Management, Technical, and Support) to ensure smooth operations.
- Support the Operations Director in implementing and refining processes to enhance efficiency.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
**Reporting & Decision Support**
- Prepare reports, presentations, and analysis for the Operations Director to support decision-making.
- Track key operational metrics and suggest improvements where necessary.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in operations, project management, or business strategy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Ability to work independently while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Experience in liaising between business and technical teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with an ability to handle dynamic challenges.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
