Our client focuses in building affordable homes and existing developments are mainly located in Telok Panglima Garang, Meru and Sepang ranging from terrace to semi-detached homes. The company possess extensive track records in the property development industry in Malaysia.
They are currently seeking for a Sales & Admin Executive to be based in Shah Alam with a Diploma in any related fields and at least 2 years of experience as sales admin or equivalent. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, able to prepare letters and replies for all enquiries, able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia and English in a professional setting, excellent in Microsoft Excel and able to use Microsoft Office effectively. Ability to work under strict deadlines and able to commute to Shah Alam for work. Able to start IMMEDIATELY would be an added advantage
**Job Description**:
a) Responsible to prepare, process, check and monitor documentations relating to each and every project undertaken by the Company;
b) Responsible to carry out functions relating to administration and documentation for each and every project undertaken by the Company;
c) Responsible to attend to calls and enquiries from customers, clients, purchasers, end financiers and solicitors and to subsequently assist them on matters relating to each and every project undertaken by the Company;
d) Assume the role as the primary point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients; Handle requests, feedback and queries pertaining to each and every project undertaken by the Company promptly and professionally so as to safeguard the good name and reputation of the Company;
e) Responsible to check and process documents relating to conveyancing of properties and ensure proper and efficient documentation and filing system for all related files, both paper and electronic records;
f) Responsible to assist in sales of properties for each and every project undertaken by the Company, as and when required;
h) Handle office administration works and provide administrative support for the Company’s daily office operations and subsequently to assist and support the Company’s sales team;
i) Monitor office supply and reorder when appropriate; and
j) Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Management and/or the Directors of the Company, as and when deemed necessary and required.

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
