**POSITION**: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT
Reports to the Business Development Executive and undertakes the following responsibilities:
1. SALES OF SOFTWARE AND HARDWARE
Assisting in preparing quotation, tender and proposal.
Assisting in processing customer order up to delivery of goods/license key codes.
Liaison with software and hardware distributor / agent.
Assisting Sales Executive to ensure timely delivery.
Handling after Sales Service.
Updating customers maintenance records.
Assisting Sales Executive in administrative work.

2. MARKETING
Maintaining of customer contact information
Purchasing and submission of tender document
Assist with registration with suppliers and customers (Government and Private sectors).
Attending to customer inquiries and needs and directing inquiry to appropriate personnel.
Assisting in event marketing eg exhibition, seminars etc.

3. TRAINING
Assisting in organizing and coordinating training.
Assisting in preparation of quotation and proposal for training.
Other administrative work for training.
