We’re looking for a **Strategic HR Executive** to lead our human capital development efforts in line with our company’s growth roadmap.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies
- Design and implement performance management systems (KPI/OKR)
- Build a strong and positive company culture through engagement initiatives
- Create succession planning and leadership development pipelines
- Plan and manage learning & development (L&D) programs
- Advise management on HR policy and strategic alignment
- Lead change management and organizational development initiatives
- Oversee administrative HR operations such as payroll processing, leave management, and statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, etc.)
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR (with at least 2 years in a strategic role)
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Proactive, strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability
- Knowledge in employment law, HR systems, and modern HR practices
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
