Develop and execute workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies
- Design and implement performance management systems (KPI/OKR)
- Build a strong and positive company culture through engagement initiatives
- Create succession planning and leadership development pipelines
- Plan and manage learning & development (L&D) programs
- Advise management on HR policy and strategic alignment
- Lead change management and organizational development initiatives
- Oversee administrative HR operations such as payroll processing, leave management, and statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, etc.)

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
