**Position : Communication Manager**

**Tenure : 6 months contract - renewable basis**

**Salary : up to RM 10,800**

**Working mode: Hybrid ( 3 days in office 2 days in home)**

**Working location : Kuala Lumpur**

**Job responsibilities;**
- Collaborate with other teams to identify the public voice of the brand
- Create style guides and brand voice outlines for all public relations, marketing, advertising and other vital departments
- Consult with executive management to develop effective communication procedures and policies for various situations or crises
- Draft press releases and speeches following organizational news
- Write letters, interdepartmental memos and other business correspondence
- Communicate with media outlets and journalists and create press kits
- Develop materials to educate staff on communication practices
- Coach and assist team members on improving communication skill
- Perform communications research and monitor the progress of various communications strategies

**Job Requirement**
- Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in communications, journalism, Marketing, PR or related field and 7 or more years of experience in related field
- 8-10 years of relevant experience, with progressively increasing responsibility
- Excellent stakeholder management, presence and interpersonal skills - ability to engage directly with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent English language written and oral communication skills
- Resilient self-starter with a can-do attitude
- Specialty: media management, and corporate communications. Individual contributor with strong stakeholder management
- B2B2C integrated communications within an omnichannel model

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 8 months

**Salary**: RM1,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
