**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
You will be based in the Sales & Marketing Department to provide administration and sales support for the department, mainly on Rumah Selangorku (RSKU) / Rumah Mampu Milik Selangor (RMMS) projects.

**WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO DO**:

- To handle telephone enquiries and provide courtesy customer services on daily routine.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, review and analyze customer reactions and feedback on products, promotions and services.
- Attend to property sales launches, exhibitions, roadshows and events when necessary even during weekends / public holidays.
- To promote company’s properties and services.
- Attend to all documents submission / unit selection and relevant events related to RSKU / RMMS and any other assigned projects.
- Assist in following up, receiving, checking, compiling and preparing relevant reports for LPHS approvals and the management information.
- Assist in liaising with customers / applicants to compile and complete the required documents for submission such as “CCRIS / CTOS” report and etc.
- To scan all the documents of customer for records.
- Assist in following up of sales and loan approvals after unit selection exercise.
- To liaise with relevant parties to compile and complete the required documents for signing SPA such as “Borang Tambah Nama” and other supporting documents.
- Aggressively liaise / work with the relevant parties for sales recognition and cancellation in order to get replacement and work towards to achieve yearly targets.
- To maintain a systematic filling / proper records of RSKU.
- To monitor and follow up with customers / bankers / internal and external parties until sales recognition.
- Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time.

**DESIRED QUALIFICATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCES**:

- Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business Studies / Administration or related field.
- At least 1 year of working experience for Diploma holders.
- Fresh graduate of Degree holders are also welcome to apply.
- Experience in conveyancing would be an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledges and skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be willing and able to work during weekends / public holidays when necessary.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
