**About the role - you will**:

- Manage employee personnel files and data management
- Be responsible for regional HR Shared Services activities and transactional processing
- Be assigned to the HR Shared Services Center project to optimize and automate HR business processes

**About you**:

- Resilience as evidenced by the courage to maintain a positive attitude when faced with obstacles and the willingness to develop alternative approaches to overcome them. Able to prioritize work with proactivity and self-initiative
- Effective communication skills, as evidenced by the ability to educate and influence employees and stakeholders through written and oral communications
- Focus on the customer experience and feel motivated when you successfully create a high-touch experience for your customer
- Good verbal and written English, Malay, and Mandarin language
- The role is based in Penang office with possibility of hybrid mode working arrangement in future

**Your experience includes**:

- Handling daily administrative and transactional processing
- Managing employees' queries or customer service
- Project management
- HR Shared Services activities and processing (added advantage)
- Fresh Certificate/ Diploma holder and/or with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience

**You will have the opportunity to**:

- Subject matter expert in customer service
- Collaborate in an HR Shared Services organization
- Deliver project management and task prioritization
- Drive Digital HR

**Location**:
Our Penang office is located in Suntech at Cybercity. Easily accessible from two bus stops, many employees take mass-transportation to work. Ample free on-site parking is also available. Enjoy our on-site gym, test your ping-pong skills, or take on your colleagues in a badminton match after work. You can grab breakfast, lunch and coffee at our on-site cafe. Prefer to eat off-site?
