**Job Requirements**
- **Language Proficiency**:

- Fluency in English with native or near-native quality business English skills.
- Proficiency in Indonesian and Mandarin (ability to read and write in both languages).
- **Experience**:

- A minimum of 1 year in a customer service role is mandatory.
- Familiarity with the oil and gas industry is an added advantage.
- **Education**:

- At least a Diploma with relevant experience.

**Working Schedule**
- **Hours**: 24/7 operations with an 8-hour shift and 1-hour break.
- **Days**: Rotational schedule, including weekends and public holidays. Employees work 5 days with 2 days off per week.
- **Public Holidays**: Work is required, with compensation at public holiday rates for hours worked.

**Work Mode**
- **Permanent Work From Home (WFH)**: Based in Bangsar South.
- **Onsite Training**: Initial training and nesting period (approximately 1 month) will be conducted onsite. Training schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.

Pay: Up to RM4,200.00 per month
