**Position Title - PMO Executive**

**1) Job Purpose**
1. Fully responsible to manage, monitor and execute the Project Billing including responding to client inquiries in accordance with the establishment of billing guidelines based on valid document ie. Letter of Award (LOA), Letter of Intent (LOI), Customer Purchase Order (PO) and contract.

2. Ensuring secured revenue reflected as income target for the year and unsecured revenue is closely monitored.

**2) Roles & Responsibilities**
1. Preliminary understanding of products and services. Ensure proper billing methodology to the customers.
2. Effective communication with affected parties and the activities on the execution of ATBs.
3. To ensure billing breakdown ie. Scope, charges and methods (one time charge, recurring, progressive, pro-rated or full charges) are accurate.
4. To update new branches installations, upgrades, relocations are billed and documented according to the actual date activities (pro-rated or full amount).
5. In relation to invoices, to get outage report to be used to provide entitled rebates to the customers based on the downtime vs Service Level Agreement with customer.
6. To check type of services provided are the same with the customers’ PO.
7. Request and imposed SAP ID to each ATB and submission of billing by the closing date.
8. To get final contract as a legal document for billing purposes.
9. Resolve billing issues in relation to invoices such as downtime issues, schedule of billing, inclusion or exclusion of tax and customer information.
10. Ensure actual billing execute based on revenue.
11. Prepare projection of billing based on the Service Execution Orders (SEOs) and verified through contract amount billing method.

**3) Qualifying Experience**
**Education Level**
- Degree in Finance, Business Admin or equivalent.

**Experience**
- 2 - 3 years of working experience.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
