**Roles and Responsibilities**:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you are required to manage full recruitment cycle across functions, levels and countries effectively and efficiently. Your responsibilities also include:
**Talent Acquisition**
- Developing strategic talent sourcing and engagement plan based on alignment with internal and external requirements (for critical and future growth positions) including business plan and strategy, workforce planning and talent market, constant review of talent pipeline against succession planning and strategic workforce planning
- Establishing a collaborative relationship with hiring managers and be the main point of contact for the Hiring Managers plus providing consultative advice to hiring managers throughout the interview and selection process in ensuring an overall effective hires (including brainstorming and sharing of interview or assessment techniques, sharing of salary range for the hiring position as compared to the job description's requirements and justifying hiring managers’ expectation if it is reasonable) and managing hiring managers' expectations before, during and after the interviews
- Advocating for the global diversity, equity and inclusion strategy and constantly look for self and process improvement opportunities
**Employee Referral Program**
- Reviewing the current Employee Referral Program Policy and benefits in terms of a mix of monetary and non-monetary incentives
- Creating awareness of the Employee Referral Program and enhance the referral’s experience by creating and digitalizing the referral program system
- Enhancing and implementing the benefits of Employee Referral Program to all employees
**Employer Branding**
- Acting as an advocate for the company, by positioning the company as an employer of choice
- Ensuring constant posting on job boards such as Linkedin and get favourable responses
**Onboarding**
- Taking over and managing existing onboarding, including leading and conducting interactive onboarding and induction session with all new joiners of all levels upon their first day of joining
- Designing and sustaining the group level’s new employee onboarding and induction program leading to positive employee experience and employer branding
**Skills, Competencies and Qualification**:
- At least 2 years’ experience in talent acquisition with proven performance in sourcing
- Possess outstanding verbal, written skills, client-facing communications skills and experience working with multiple levels of an organization including external stakeholders
- Utilize multiple creative techniques to proactively identify and attract passive talent through low cost/no cost sources such as professional networks (LinkedIn), employee referrals, and job postings
- Interpret local legislative changes, assess local impact and propose solutions
- Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously & adhere to deadlines
- Strong in data crunching and analysis throughout practice life cycle from proposal to implementation and governance stage
- Comfortable with ambiguity, continuous change and thrives working in a fast-paced business
**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
