**Job descriptions**

1. Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including purchase orders, invoices, statements, vendor set up & etc

2. Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances

3. Maintaining historical records

4. Paying employees by verifying expense reports and preparing pay checks

5. Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance

6. Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports

7. Assist to prepare indirect tax returns (such as SST and WHT)

8. Continuing to improve the payment process

9. Assist in month-end closing activities (not limited to stock take activities)

10. Other adhoc duties as assigned

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
