**Requirement**
- Must possess diploma or higher in Education Management, Business Management or any other related discipline.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Give priority to security as all operations, documents, and data are classified as confidential.
- Responsible for liaising with the Examination & Scheduling Unit of the IUKL Collaboration / Franchise Programme.
- Responsible for any Examination & Scheduling matters for the Collaboration / Franchise Programme.
- Responsible for the maintenance and security of the strong room for IUKL and Collaboration / Franchise Programme.
- Assist in preparing final examination venues and materials, e.g. answer booklet etc., for the Collaboration / Franchise Programme.
- Assist in managing, printing and storing the Final Examination Question Paper for the Collaboration / Franchise Programme.
- Assist in distributing question papers to Chief Invigilators and conducting Final Examinations for the Collaboration / Franchise Programme.
- Assist in retrieving, storing and disposing of marked answer scripts for the Collaboration / Franchise Programme.
- Assist in the conduct of the final examination for IUKL and the Collaboration/ Franchise Programme.
- Assist in preparing and issuing Final Examination Results / Transcripts as scheduled.
- Assist in preparing examination performance reports for the Faculty Board of Examination (FBE), University Board of Examination (UBE) and Senate Meeting.
- Assist in verifying and updating examination results as per instruction and approval by the Dean and Senate committee.
- Assist in coordinating examination counter services between the Examination Unit and the Enrolment, Record & Administration Department.
- Assist the Registrar in preparing the presentation slides for the Department.
- Perform other related duties as required by Management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
