Customer Service Representative

**Location**: KL, G Tower
- **Working hour**: 9AM - 11PM (Shift Based)
**Overall Responsibilities**:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our e-commerce customer support team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining a positive and engaging relationship with each client.
**Job Requirements**:
- Proficiency in Japanese (Native or JLPT N1 - spoken, written, and reading comprehension).
- Fresh graduates are welcome, CS experience preferred, who has diploma with CS experiences 3 - 5 yrs, or degree holder. If high school graduated person, must have Call centre CS experiences.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and provide customer-friendly service.
- Demonstrated skills in conflict resolution, negotiation, and de-escalation.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
