Call Center Customer Service Executive

Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently and empathetically.
- Record and update customer interactions and transactions in the system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and solve complex cases.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Meet individual and team KPIs including response time and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in any related field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- 1-2 years of customer service or call center experience is an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
- Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in basic computer skills and CRM systems.
- Willing to work on rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required.
Pay: RM1,294.56 - RM4,475.22 per month
