Plays a key role in designing, drawing up of Sales and Marketing programs and campaigns; including sourcing of A&P items.
- Conducting market research and analysis
- Assisting in formulating business strategy and objectives and mission
- Leading New Product/New SKU Launching projects by effective co-ordination
- Identity opportunities for improvement, expansion and innovation
- Analyzing trends in the market and industry and researching competitors
- Incorporating strategic plans to achieve the objectives
- Collecting and tracking data to evaluate performance toward the goals
- Develop plans to materialize strategy and analyze business proposals
- Identiy competition, industry trends, market changes, threats and opportunities
- Align processes, resources-planning and department goals with overall strategy
- Post campaign evaluation -Reporting sales campaign/promotion results, it's shortfall and success
- Annual Sales Budget and Expenses Budget preparation
- Monitor monthly sales performance against forecasts regularly, and as when necessary bring to the attention of the Commerical Director
