About the role

We're seeking a driven and customer-focused Internal Sales Support to join our team at SYSTEMAIR HVAC SDN. BHD. in Klang, Selangor. As an Internal Sales Support, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and sales support to our sales team, ensuring efficient customer service and order fulfilment. This is a full-time position based in our Klang office.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling the sales email inbox on general sales enquiries
  • Handling the order entry process
  • Prepare basic internal sales pricing to support the sales team
  • Technical and sales support for sales distribution network
  • Liaison between factory and sales to improve relationship with regards to sales related matters
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 years of experience in a customer service or sales support role, preferably in the HVAC industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle customer inquiries effectively
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
