Responsibilities: - Conduct print sticker and records. Verify the records that prepare by QA Inline. - Conduct inspection and record for receiving of raw materials and loading of finished goods. - Assist QA Executive for completing Document Control Program (As a Document Controller) - Monitor PRP- Pest Control Program; by ensure the records are update and proper filing. Conduct internal pest control inspection and assist third party contractor services. - Monitor PRP- Training Program; by ensure all trainings are conduct as per plan. Update individual training record and filing all attendance record and training materials. - Conduct inventory and order for label sticker. - Raise PR for chemical order. - Lead Mock Recall Activities that assist by Food Technologist. - Assist QA executive for preparing Halal Application (new and renewal). - Assist QA Executive for keep track supporting data, records and pictures on investigation for customer complaint and supplier complaint. - Assist QA for DVS, HACCP and Halal audit preparation, audit day and closed audit NCR. - Back up QA Inline when needed. Requirements: - Minimum Diploma (Food Science/ Food Technology or equivalent). - Well versed with HACCP, GMP and other food related regulations. - Experience in the food manufacturing environment will be an added advantage. - Positive attitude, energetic and able to work under minimum supervision. - Good interpersonal and communication skills. - Computer literate. - Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
