Greeting and welcoming walk-in guest or visitors
- To prepare, process and check the documents relating to Sales and Purchase (Delivery Order, Invoice & Purchase Order)
- Coordinate with various department such as sales, logistics and finance to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers
- To attend to billing, collection, correspondence and follow up on Sales and Purchases
- To ensure proper filling system and information posted in system is up-to-date
- Arrange daily despatch/courier items
- To assist in all other duties assigned by the superior
- **Requirements**_
- Qualification : SPM / Diploma or above
- Required language : Bahasa Malaysia & English
- Must be computer literate : Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point
- At least 2 years of working experience in related field
- Experience in Auto Count system will be added advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
