This Position reports to:
Panel Builder Lead

**Your role and responsibilities**

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Power/Smart Buildings Business in Malaysia.

**You will be mainly accountable for**:

- Selling products to customers, focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets for assigned Business Units/Product Groups.
- Preparing sales plans using company tools. Performing regular status reviews and proposing recovery plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfalls.
- Communicating to the customers about details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB’s offering and strategy.
- Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product offering, and aligning to provide a solution. Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Ensuring efficient marketing activities and communicates value proposition to customers. Collaborating with demand creation team and executing those activities that require channel partner participation. Implementing the planned communication, promotion in the channel/segment.
- Contributing in achieving key targets (volume, prices) for the panel builder channel. Creating detail plans, implement with regular follow up.
- Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market.

**Qualifications for the role**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years relevant working experience Low Voltage (LV) products.
- Strong relationship or network in Panel Builder and industry knowledge of general industry, Building or Data Center will be an added advantage.
- Should have work with direct or indirect sales or marketing field.
- Good hold on computer skill, Microsoft office and Excel.
- Fluent in written and spoken English. Additional language proficiency for Chinese is a plus.
