**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Take charge of scheduling and planning activities according to contract or client specifications.
- Translate project scope into implementable tasks' and maintain project progress reports.
- Update project programs regularly, comparing actual and planned activities.
- Offer guidance and support to managers and team members to meet program requirements.
- Identify and document contract variations related to program changes.
- Ensure the project program aligns with consultant requirements and accurately reflects current status and planned schedules.
- Update program at regular intervals, more frequently if necessary.
- Develop project civil works time schedule in coordination with construction manager.
- Prepare work program, critical paths, and target milestones based on project time duration.
- Monitor milestones and advise project manager on work production onsite.
- Present catch-up plan and activities to recover lost progress due to delays.
- Participate in internal project meetings, raising concerns about schedule weaknesses and delays.
- Provide corrective action to subcontractors to achieve planned results based on baseline schedule.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Degree in Mechanical/Civil/Electrical or equivalent.
- 3-5 years' experience in planning/scheduling with proficiency in Primavera software.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge and experience in semiconductor factory construction sequence.
- Technical awareness of civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and process aspects.
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
