Responsible for the development and management of offline channels for the company's brand products in Malaysia, responsible for the achievement of regional business, formulate sales strategies and plans according to the company's overall strategy and market conditions, and organize implementation to achieve sales targets.
- Responsible for dealer customer development and maintenance: expand sales channels, build a complete channel system covering distributors and offline retailers: those with successful experience in overseas market brands are preferred;
- Explore the franchise system, sort out the overall plan of the franchise business and promote it.
- Responsible for channel customer business negotiations; market research and strategy formulation; management channel new product release promotion;
- Maintain old customer relationships and develop new customers and new markets. Formulate sales expense budgets, control sales costs, and increase sales profits;
**Job Requirements**:

- More than 3 years of offline sales channel management experience for Malaysian brands, with daily chemical industry preferred;
- Familiar with Malaysian and other Southeast Asian markets, regulations and related policies;
- Have a keen sense of the market, the ability to grasp market trends and market directions, and be able to independently organize market development work;
- English can be used as a common language in daily work;

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
