Job Responsibilities:

  • Event Planning & Execution:
    Plan, organize, and execute offline marketing events such as conferences, expos, meetups, and networking sessions to enhance Cregis' brand presence.
  • Sponsorship & Partnerships:
    Identify and secure sponsorship opportunities for relevant blockchain and fintech industry events, negotiating sponsorship packages to maximize exposure.
  • Event Promotion & Branding:
    Develop marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to drive attendance and engagement at Cregis-hosted or sponsored events.
  • Stakeholder Coordination:
    Work closely with internal teams (marketing, BD, and Ops teams) to align event strategies with company goals.
  • Vendor & Logistics Management:
    Oversee venue selection, event setup, branding materials, giveaways, and technical requirements for smooth event execution.
  • Community Engagement:
    Develop and maintain relationships with key industry players, influencers, and partners to foster collaborations and expand brand awareness.
  • Budgeting & ROI Analysis:
    Manage event budgets efficiently and track key performance metrics (leads, engagement, brand exposure) to evaluate event effectiveness.
  • Post-Event Reporting:
    Analyze event performance and provide reports with insights and recommendations for future improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience:
    4+ years in event marketing, brand activation, or offline marketing, preferably in the blockchain, fintech, or Web3 industry.
  • Industry Knowledge:
    Understanding of the cryptocurrency, blockchain, and Web3 ecosystem, including key industry events and trends.
  • Marketing Skills:
    Experience in event promotions, audience engagement strategies, and sponsorship sales.
  • Project Management:
    Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Communication & Negotiation:
    Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to engage with partners, vendors, and stakeholders effectively.
  • Creativity & Problem-Solving:
    Ability to think creatively to enhance event experiences and resolve challenges proactively.
  • Willingness to Travel:
    Comfortable with frequent travel to attend and manage events globally.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in organizing blockchain or fintech-related conferences and networking events.
  • Strong connections within the crypto/blockchain community.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools to complement offline campaigns.
