We are currently looking to expand our team with full-time employees and seeking experienced HR/Operations Executive and Digital Marketing Executive with proven background in the event management industry to join our team. Job Responsibilities: HR/Operations Executive
- Responsible for overseeing the business's financial transactions.
- Keeping track of office inventories and maintaining supply orders. Monitoring the organization's Payroll, Commission Calculation, Salary Slip, and Human Capital Record, petty cash record and employees' statutory contributions such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB tax.
- In charge of Company statutory bodies such as LHDN Stamping, SST tax payment, E-Perolehan MOF, DBKL License application, HRDF license renewal payment.
- Managing and updating company database for ongoing events record and send invoices to client
- Responsible of event HRDF course application and claim
- Managing incoming and outgoing calls/emails related to client requests, vendors, and inquiries.
- Responsible for applying visas for employees through ESD (Expatriate Services Division) portal.
- Taking ownership of the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, including phone screening, coordinating interviews.
- Coordinating new employee set-up and resources and other administrative tasks such as phone line set up
- Responsible for event speakers' flight and accommodation.
- Planning cultural initiatives, including team-building activities, and annual company cultural day/night )
- Completing other operational tasks, such as researching new offices and implementing new software solutions to increase team efficiency and innovation.
- Organizing scheduling meetings and making business travel arrangements for company Directors.
- Supporting in the coordination of all Company's events and implementing all operations to ensure a seamless delivery of event checklist.
- Selecting and negotiating with vendors and monitoring their activities to ensure quality control.
- Drafting contract agreements for and within the organization.
Requirements: HR/Operations Executive
- Must have at least 1 year of HR experience
- Must be a local resident.
- Must be proficient in English.
- HR Executive/applicants from the same industries (event management) are preferred
Job Responsibilities: Digital Marketing Executive
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns that cover corporate communications (internal and external)
- Develop and execute a global marketing strategic plan, partnering with product line management, corporate and regional marketing, IT/Digital and commercial teams in each region. This plan should align with and support the broader company strategic plan and growth initiatives.
- Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
- Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and asses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
- Train, manage, supervise and provide leadership do subordinate
Requirements: Digital Marketing Executive
- Leadership experience in a B2B marketing role.
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to set direction and develop the team.
- Strategic mindset and high business acumen.
- High level of project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with ability to build relationships and trust across the organization.
- Ability to drive change and engagement.
- Good knowledge and understanding of digital systems and tools such as CRM, SEO, Marketing Automation, and digital analytics.
- Good proficiency in English
