[RN] Our client is a consultation service to **property** prospect and market **property** developer product.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
1) Ensure accuracy and timeliness of periodic financial reporting of the organization.

2) Analyze financial results and provide recommendations for improvement as needed to the management team.

3) Periodically prepare budget, forecast, and cash flow projection.

4) Ensure legal and regulatory compliance with all reporting, accounting, taxation, and audit requirements imposed by regulatory bodies.

5) Liaise with external parties such as auditors, company secretaries, lawyers, tax agents, and regulatory authorities.

6) Prepare ad hoc reports as and when required by the management or immediate superior.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Tech savvy and computer literate (Microsoft Office).
- Knowledge of the SAP/Autocount accounting system.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in audit (preferably) or accounting firms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting.
- Can work together & lead the team.
- Well-versed in Mandarin & English.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
