- Strong interest and experience in content creation and familiarity with digital trends for social media (e.g. Instagram, TikTok).
- Basic understanding of event planning and influencer/PR coordination is a plus.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite (Excel/Sheets, Docs, Slides) is required.

Overview:
As a Marketing Executive at Nunha, you will play a multi-functional role that covers content creation, campaign execution, public relations, event planning, and marketing operations. This position requires creativity, organization, and agility to support the brand across various marketing touchpoints while ensuring consistent messaging and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Content & Social Media
- Develop creative, engaging, and high-quality content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar in line with product launches, campaigns, and brand priorities.
- Monitor social media trends and analytics to refine content strategies and drive engagement.
- Manage community interactions including DMs and comments to build a strong brand presence.

2. Campaign & Creative Direction
- Ideate and execute campaign concepts that reflect the brand’s tone and seasonal direction.
- Prepare moodboards, creative briefs, and oversee visual execution during campaign shoots.
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, and vendors to ensure creative consistency.

3. Public Relations & Influencer Marketing
- Manage influencer relations including gifting, campaign briefings, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain relationships with media, KOLs, and brand advocates.
- Support PR strategy development and track coverage and campaign impact.

4. Events & Collaborations
- Plan and execute brand events, pop-ups, and collaborative activations.
- Handle event logistics such as venue coordination, catering, AV setup, and vendor management.
- Liaise with partners for collaborative opportunities and manage timelines and deliverables.

5. Marketing Operations
- Track marketing expenses and maintain an updated monthly expense tracker.
- Record and report marketing stock taken from the warehouse for campaigns, PR kits, and gifting.
- Support internal coordination with other departments to ensure brand alignment.

6. Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare monthly marketing reports, covering content performance, event highlights, campaign recaps, and budget summaries.
- Provide recommendations for improvement based on data and results.

7. Team Support
- Assist team members and contribute to ongoing projects and tasks as needed.

Pay: Up to RM3,500.00 per month
