**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Market Support & Analysis**
- Regularly analyze sales and market data to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Assist in planning and executing promotions, product launches, and in-store events.
- Collaborate with the retail team to ensure smooth implementation of marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities.
- Help expand the customer database through marketing activities.
- Plan and publish content across social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, etc.
- Monitor platform engagement and optimize future activities.

**2. Trending Product Identification**
- Continuously monitor the market for popular and high-demand products.

**3. In-Store Marketing & Promotions**
- Design and execute in-store marketing campaigns to attract customers and boost sales.
- Work closely with store operations and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of promotions.
- Review and evaluate in-store promotional activities and provide suggestions for improvement.

**4. Collaboration & Partnerships**
- Identify new collaboration opportunities and assist in planning and executing projects.
- Prepare marketing proposals for partners, showcasing the benefits of collaboration.
- Analyze the performance of collaboration projects and share insights with the team.

**Skills & Competencies Required**
- Relevant experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Good communication skills to present insights to the team.
- Creative and solution-oriented approach.
- Excellent organizational and logical thinking skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong time management and stress management abilities.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
