**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Keep the Operations Flowing_
- Oversee the daily operations, from shift scheduling to store cleanliness and smooth service.
- Make sure the outlet runs efficiently while maintaining our signature myBurgerLab energy.
- Handle any hiccups or issues calmly and quickly.
- Champion Great Service_
- Lead by example to deliver warm, friendly, and memorable customer experiences.
- Manage customer feedback and resolve any issues with care and professionalism.
- Keep the service fast, accurate, and filled with positive vibes.
- Maintain Top-Notch Quality_
- Ensure every burger and side dish meets our quality and presentation standards.
- Follow and enforce all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Keep an eye on product consistency, food safety, and hygiene.
- Lead and Grow Your Team_
- Train, motivate, and guide your crew to be their best.
- Help with onboarding new team members and conducting ongoing training.
- Give regular feedback and build a positive, respectful work culture.
- Manage Inventory & Safety_
- Oversee stock levels, manage ordering, and reduce waste.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and safety guidelines are followed.
- Conduct safety training, drills, and keep an emergency plan in check.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma or higher.
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience in F&B or a similar fast-paced environment.
- A friendly, engaging personality. You set the tone for the team and the customers.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Cool-headed under pressure and adaptable to change.
- A real team player who believes in collaboration and good vibes.
- Willing to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Open to Malaysians only.

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
