**Full job description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the ice cream outlet.
- Ensure proper service standard & customer satisfaction.
- Hire, train & supervise outlet staff to meet company guidelines.
- Greet customers warmly and introduce them to our unique range of ice cream.
- Cashiering, ice cream scooping, product refills, and order-taking.
- Ensure proper display, rotation, and quality checks for all products (Ice cream, drinks, and pastries)
- Respond to customer inquiries about ingredients, allergens, and promotions.
- Maintain inventory, manage stock levels, and coordinate replenishment with relevant teams.
- Support in-store promotions, sampling activities, and help drive outlet sales.

**Job Requirements**:

- Responsible and proactive in handling daily operations.
- Willing to learn and take on challenges.
- Able to lead a team and maintain a positive working environment.
- Energetic, independent, and committed.
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, and basic English.
- Minimum qualification:
**Location: Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam**
