Responsibilities

  • Maintain overall outlet cleanliness, safety, and hygiene in accordance with QAQC standards.
  • Oversee stock management processes, including ordering, receiving, storage, and inventory control.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer service and handle customer feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Supervise, guide, and motivate team members to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive work environment.
  • Prepare and manage staff schedules effectively, aligning manpower with operational needs.
  • Coordinate and communicate closely with the Outlet Manager to ensure alignment with company goals and operational standards.
  • Monitor and evaluate outlet performance to meet and exceed sales, service, and productivity targets.
  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports on outlet performance, inventory levels, and staffing matters.
  • Ensure full compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Outlet Manager or management team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry, preferably in a supervisory or team leader role.
  • Minimum SPM / Secondary School qualification in any discipline.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Malay (both spoken and written).
  • Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities; proactive, organized, and energetic.
  • Possesses own transport and able to commute reliably to the workplace.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM2,600.00 per month
