Play a pivotal role in driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining efficient outlet operations. They are responsible for managing and motivating the outlet team, achieving sales targets, and delivering a positive shopping experience for customers

**Responsibilities**:
**Team management & communication**
- Supervising and leading a team of outlet.As
- signing tasks, providing guidance, and monitoring salesperson performance.
- Conducting regular performance evaluations coaching and training to enhance employee skills and productivity.
- Facilitating effective communication among team members and departments.
- Collaborating with other outlet supervisors or managers to share best practices, resolve issues, and ensure consistent operations across the organization.

**Customer service & sales**
- Ensuring exceptional customer service is provided by the salesperson.
- Resolving customer complaints or issues, handling difficult situations, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Leading by example in delivering excellent customer service.
- Setting sales targets and goals for the outlet/salesperson.
- Monitoring sales performance, analyzing sales data, and implementing strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Providing sales training and motivation to the team to maximize sales opportunities.

**Inventory management**
- Overseeing inventory control processes, including receiving, stock replenishment, and storeroom/warehouse organization.
- Monitoring inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks, and identifying any discrepancies or shortages.
- Collaborating with the appropriate teams to ensure optimal stock availability.

**Outlet management**
- Managing day-to-day outlet operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized sales floor environment.
- Ensuring attractive product displays, proper signage, and overall visual aesthetics of the outlet.
- Implementing promotional activities and ensuring timely execution of marketing initiatives.

**Staff training & development**
- Creating and managing salesperson schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Considering factors such as peak hours, sales trends, and staff availability.
- Managing time-off requests and coordinating with team members to cover shifts.
- Identifying training needs and organizing training programs for outlet staff.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and product knowledge to provide ongoing training and updates to the team.

**Requirements**:

- Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 2 years of managing on retail sales, café, hotel, or customer service experience is required.
- Strong leadership, excellent presentation, communication & interpersonal skills
- Outlet inventory management, outlet financial management.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Responsible, adaptable, team player.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 per month
