Trade Marketing Executive

Plan, support, and coordinate BTL strategy of all product launch, tactical or
partnership campaign
- Manage, execute, and implement brand, marketing, campaign strategy, and
tactic across offline channels including but not limited to retail look and feel,
POSMs, and POPs
- Conduct trade visits to different regions outlets to implement and audit brand
and marketing communication at all physical customer touchpoints
- Conduct hyperlocal competitor analysis monthly with follow-up
recommendations of the promotional plans
- Plan in conjunction with the district or outlet managers to implement creative
close-loop marketing
- Liaise with the district or outlet managers to manage the deployment and
adoption of outlet POSMs, POPs, and hyperlocal promotion
- Manage retail POSMs and POPs budget and turnover for each campaign
- Performs other related duties/ tasks as assigned by superior/ management
**; Requirements**: - Must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in Marketing/ Advertising/ or
Business-related disciplines
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of work experience in trade marketing, retail, FandB,
fashion, or FMCG is preferred
- Excellent presentation, communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and
time-management skills
- A valuable team player and able to work independently
- Understand commercial targets and is equipped with the ability to make data-driven decision
- Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Able to work in a fast-paced and high-intensity work environment
- Possess own transport and willing to travel
