We are looking for a passionate and talented individual to be a part of our CRM team. This role will be responsible for driving customer engagement and retention through the development, set up and optimization of campaigns to support the key KPIs of acquisition, engagement, retention and customer lifetime value.
- Working with the CRM manager to plan and deliver CRM strategies designed to attract and retain customers while expanding the brand’s reach and boosting customer loyalty to achieve targets and KPIs.
- Development and optimization of campaigns across the customer lifecycle, including acquisition, welcome, retention, reactivation and other initiatives to continually create “wow” moments for our members.
- Making sure the customer database is correctly segmented for targeted marketing activities.
- Take ownership of the operation and performance across multiple communication channels such as newsletter, app push notification, In-app messages and SMS.
- Coming up with creative ideas, preparing proposals, overseeing the production process and execution and reporting the results to the relevant people.
- Capture crucial information along the sales funnel to understand the customer lifecycle and purchase behavior to produce detailed analysis on marketing campaign effectiveness.
- Track and analyze daily, weekly & monthly KPIs to better target customers with relevant information.
- Answering customer queries and dealing with complaints with regards to the loyalty program.
- Liaising with other departments to create a CRM strategy that works across the board.

**Job requirements**:

- Minimum 2 to 4 years working experience in a related CRM role.
- Highly numerate/analytical with excellent proficiency in Microsoft office especially Microsoft Excel.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Melayu is a must.
- Team player who is result-driven and able to meet deadlines.

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
