**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure overall cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards (QAQC) of the outlet are maintained.
- Manage stock ordering, receiving, and inventory control efficiently.
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer feedback professionally.
- Supervise and support daily operations and team performance.
- Create and manage staff work schedules.
- Liaise closely with the Outlet Manager to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor outlet performance and implement improvements as needed.
- Prepare and submit operational reports related to outlet performance.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Carry out any ad hoc duties assigned by the management or Outlet Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
- Fully vaccinated (minimum 2 doses).
- Possess at least a Secondary School/SPM certificate in any field.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Malay.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; energetic and eager to learn.
- Preferably possesses own transport.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
