Key Responsibilities:
**Procurement and Vendor Management**:
Source and procure goods, services, and supplies promptly and cost-effectively.
Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers and maintain strong relationships.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations.
**Inventory and Contract Management**:
Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and maintain accurate records.
Draft, review, and manage supplier contracts while monitoring performance.
**Administrative Support**:
Oversee office supplies, equipment, and daily administrative operations.
Coordinate internal processes and provide support for meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
**Compliance and Reporting**:
Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements for procurement and administrative processes.
Prepare reports on procurement activities, expenditures, and inventory status.
**Health, Safety, and Well-being**:
Promote a safe and healthy workplace and implement wellness programs.
Address safety concerns promptly and ensure regulatory compliance.
**General Coordination**:
Provide administrative assistance to ensure smooth operations and support ad-hoc tasks.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Procurement and Administration: 1 year (preferred)
