**Job Purpose**

To plan, coordinate, and monitor lorry schedules and driver assignments to ensure timely, safe, and efficient delivery operations. Also responsible for supporting day-to-day operational tasks related to driver management.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Trip & Delivery Scheduling**
- Plan lorry delivery schedules based on customer requirements.
- Optimize routes to reduce travel time and costs.
- Ensure driver and vehicle availability prior to dispatch.

**2. Driver Management**
- Prepare daily assignments and rosters for lorry drivers.
- Ensure drivers comply with SOPs, road regulations, and company policies.
- Manage driver leave, attendance, and disciplinary matters.

**3. Monitoring & Coordination**
- Monitor trip status in real-time using GPS or fleet management systems.
- Maintain communication with drivers during trips to handle issues or provide updates.
- Respond promptly to delays, accidents, or emergencies.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare trip reports, fuel usage logs, and driver performance summaries.
- Maintain records of delivery logs, delivery notes, and customer confirmations.

**4. Operational Support Tasks**
- Assist with vehicle inspections (daily checklist) alongside drivers.
- Support maintenance scheduling and documentation for insurance and licensing.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams and customers regarding delivery timing.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Minimum: SPM / Diploma in logistics, transportation, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2-3 years in operations or logistics.
- Strong planning and driver management skills.
- Familiar with fleet tracking systems or logistics software.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and operations documentation.
- Responsible, assertive, and disciplined.
- Able to work under pressure and adapt to changing tasks.
- Willing to work in shifts or outside normal hours when necessary.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
