**Responsibilities**:
1. Production Progress and Schedule - Planning/Control
- Oversee the kitchen production.
- To monitor the progress of the production schedule and within processing budget.
- To meet regularly with production managers to analyze any problems and ensure cost-effective, high quality and timely delivery of products.
- Ensure products are following professional standards and requirements.

2. Process and SOP
- Constantly strive to improve operating procedures.
- Identify opportunities for improving the efficiency of the operations.
- Assists in developing Standard & Procedures.
- Train and develop workers on process changes or new production line.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Culinary Arts, Food Science and equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and supervision skills
- Preferably specialized in Culinary Arts or Bakery & Pastry Arts
- Ability to work independently as well as in team
- Ability to manage staff and production.

**Working Conditions**:

- Six day(s) working every week; Off day not fixed on weekend (follow work schedule)
- Rotational shift based (AM & PM)

**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM2,300.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
