**About the job**:

- Should be aware of key digital trends in Private Banking.
- Should be aware of the business case/process and should be capable to convert into Digital Trends.
- Support preparation of business case and project planning.
- Lead requirements gathering phase and deliver signed off User Stories.
- Ensure all deliver available in signed off are converted in respective user stories which can be understood by technical teams.
- Ensure that all required deliverables are provided on-time and on-quality, in case of delay do timely escalations.
- Issue regular & accurate status reports and institute progress meetings to keep stakeholders informed.
- Manage interactions and communication with stakeholders.
- Work with environment and deployment teams for timely production delivery (raise necessary set up activity).
- Closely work with Product Owner and manage the product back log efficiently.

**About you**:
**Professional and Technical**
- Minimum 6 years to Maximum of 12 years of experience in banking, preferably private banking and/or asset management.
- Through understanding of private banking value chain comparison to digital trends like block chain, meta verse, virtual client on-boarding, digital OCR, Cyber Security, RPA.
- Good understanding on regulatory needs with respect to implementation of Digital Solutions (MAS / HKMA related rules).
- Good understanding of business processes, process design, and process re-engineering.
- Good understanding of Business project life cycle in addition to System Development Life Cycle.
- Good understanding of SAFE Agile methodology.

**Personal and Social**
- Strong knowledge of private banking business; should be able to speak and understand technical / business language.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyse, prioritize, and resolve issues with a proficiency in taking decisions during challenging times.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Positive attitude and capable to do multi-tasking.
- Should be able to adapt to fast moving environment.
- Able to interact with C-Level Executive (if situation demands), functional leads, SMEs, Technical leads, Application Managers and Other IT teams and communicate in language that they understand.
