About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic **Finance Manager** to lead our finance and accounting function. This role will oversee financial planning, reporting, cash flow management, and internal controls while providing valuable insights to support business growth and operational excellence.

As a key member of the management team, you will lead a small finance team, report directly to the Director, and play a pivotal role in driving the financial health and sustainability of the organization.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Conduct financial performance reviews and variance analysis with actionable recommendations.
- Build and maintain financial models for strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
- Analyze costs, pricing, and profitability against business plans.

Financial Reporting & Control
- Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with MFRS.
- Oversee all finance and accounting functions, including GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, and intercompany transactions.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Develop and enforce internal controls and financial procedures to safeguard company assets.

Cash Flow & Treasury Management
- Manage cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for operations.
- Maintain strong relationships with banks and oversee account management.
- Manage foreign exchange exposure and implement hedging strategies where necessary.

Strategic Contribution
- Provide financial leadership and insights to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with other departments to drive business performance and efficiencies.
- Participate in system implementations and process improvement initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or MIA membership (essential).
- Minimum 10 years of finance and accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of **MFRS, tax regulations, and Malaysian company law.**:

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
